Pius Technologies Limited, company number 12672239, is responsible for personal information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, work email, company, role, project details, budget range, timeframe and communication preferences. Please do not submit credentials, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
On the contact page, your IP address is checked locally against a country database solely to display the appropriate budget currency. This lookup does not contact a third party or create a location profile.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to assess fit, respond, arrange discussions and prepare potential work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps toward a contract.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by essential hosting, email or form-delivery providers. Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, legal obligations and business records.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Contact contact@pius.tech.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are used for session management and security. We also use Google Analytics 4, a privacy-respecting analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site—for example which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and which countries visitors are in. We do not enable advertising features, user profiling, or cross-site tracking.
Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them through the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no usage data is collected. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage and revisiting the site.
Google Analytics processes data in accordance with Google's privacy policy. IP addresses are anonymised by default in GA4.
