Every engagement is led by Fabio Marques, Pius’s founder and CTO, with specialist expertise added around the needs of the work.

Fabio leads product, design and technical direction, drawing on experience across enterprise commerce, cloud infrastructure, native applications, real-time systems, AI products, spatial computing and legacy modernisation. His work also covers secure software architecture, cloud and application security, identity and access design, payment-risk and fraud controls, incident readiness, and the security of AI-assisted and agentic systems.

Pius remains accountable for product direction, technical decisions and delivery. Specialist designers, engineers and domain partners contribute where they strengthen the result.
